    Before the intake call I’ll review your booking form responses. The more specific you were about your content operation, competitors, and what’s prompting the audit, the sharper the intake call will be. You can reply to your confirmation email with anything you forgot to include.

    The intake call — 30 minutes We’ll confirm scope, I’ll request access to anything I need (a viewer role in Google Search Console is most useful), and we’ll finalize the two or three competitors for the gap analysis. This is logistics, not the audit itself.

    The audit — up to ten business days Written assessment across five areas: E-E-A-T signals, AI citation position, schema implementation, organizational accountability gaps, and competitive authority analysis. Every finding comes with a recommended action rated by effort and impact.
  • 04
    The debrief — 60 minutes Scheduled when the report lands. We go through findings, you ask the hard questions, we discuss the path forward given your specific constraints and resources. This is a working session, not a sales call.
